Returns
Returns are accepted subject to certain conditions.
(Returns will not be accepted without a return authorisation, Email us to obtain this and the return delivery address. A return must be started within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Any Goods must be returned in an unused state and unopened.
Any return that shows signs of use will either be returned to the customer or an amount will be deducted in line with the signs of use. A restocking fee might be applicable on certain products. This does not apply to defective products.
If you suspect you have received a faulty product, you should contact us first with details of the issue, we will then decide what the next step will be. Any products found to have a defect will either be replaced or a refund will be issued.
Due to increased attempted fraud, any refund requests will not be processed until the item has been returned and inspected by us.
Any return requests after 14 days have passed may be accepted at our discretion. A minimum restock fee of 10% will apply and any/ all postage, payment processing and packaging costs involved are non refundable. All unwanted/ ordered by mistake product returns must be in the same condition they were when they were shipped to the customer. Software must not be activated, any activated software product bought from us will not be refunded and a proportionate part of the refund will be deducted for this.
